Trek to the World Games, Australia!

Let’s Spend Some Koala-ty Time Down Under!

Join us for our first 2023 trek, the Trek to the World Games, Australia! On our 9-week trek, we’ll explore Australia and support and encourage our global transplant community. Get your mates, lace up your runners (that’s what they call them), and let’s put transplant on the map. The worldwide map! 

Registration is now open

Click on the Register button.

  1. You will be rerouted to the Trek to the World Games, Australia! page on MyVirtualMission.com.

  2. Click Join Mission at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Then you’ll see a pop-up. Select the team you’d like to trek with by using the scroll bar on the right. Or, if you’re going it alone or will need help from us selecting a team, select “Compete by myself” (We will contact you to help)

  4. You’ll also need to select a timeframe for completing the trek. Please select 10 weeks. (Don’t worry – no one gets kicked off the route if it takes you a little longer!) 

  5. If you would like a Transplant Trekkers T-shirt for $10, please leave your shirt size and mailing address in the comment box. You will select the $20 option to cover registration and T-shirt when you pay.

  6. When you’re finished, click Let’s Go!

  7. If you have previously participated in a Conqueror or My Virtual Mission, you already have an account; so simply sign in. If you are new to My Virtual Mission, you will be directed to create an account.  

  8. Submit your payment information and then click Pay & Join. That’s it!

Your payment receipt is your confirmation that you have joined the trek. You should also receive a welcome email. You can now download the “My Virtual Mission” app to your mobile device from your App Store and begin exploring the app and the My Virtual Mission webpage. On February 15, 2023, you and your teammates can begin posting your miles!

How it works

You can walk, jog, pedal, hike, swim, row, skate, paddle, garden, do yoga, play pickleball—it all counts!

Here’s how it works:

Join our current trek and help us raise awareness about transplant. Be part of a community of great folks, make progress along our virtual route, and earn a swell virtual badge!

2.

Along the trek, you’ll receive postcards highlighting interesting sites and sharing facts about living donation. We hope you’ll share these postcards with your followers and get the word out about donation.

3.

Keep us posted about your progress and inspire others by sharing photos and videos along the way with #TransplantTrekkers.
