The Farewell Tour

Transplant Trekkers are hitting the virtual road for a final time!

Starting October 2nd, we will say farewell to our incredible Trekker community in a final virtual jaunt from San Diego to New York City, for the Macy’s Day Parade on Thanksgiving. Eight-weeks honoring all that the Transplant Trekkers have accomplished, and celebrating all of our members in unique ways. Thanks for joining us, one last time.


Join us to move with purpose, connect with others, and champion the power of transplant. Here’s a chart on how you can convert your movement to miles.

- THE FAREWELL TOUR -
We are trekking to the Macy’s Day Parade!

Click on the Register button.

  1. You will be rerouted to The Farewell Tour page on MyVirtualMission.com.

  2. Click Join Mission at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Then you’ll see a pop-up. Select the team you’d like to trek with by using the scroll bar on the right. Or, if you’re going it alone or will need help from us selecting a team, select “Compete by myself” (We will contact you to help)

  4. When you’re finished, click Let’s Go!

  5. If you have previously participated in a Conqueror or My Virtual Mission, you already have an account; so simply log in. If you are new to My Virtual Mission, you will be directed to create an account.  

  6. Submit your payment information and then click Pay & Join. That’s it!

Your payment receipt is your confirmation that you have joined the trek. You should also receive a welcome email. You can now download the “My Virtual Mission” app to your mobile device from your App Store and begin exploring the app and the My Virtual Mission webpage. On July 7th, 2025 you and your teammates can begin posting your miles!
